Subject librarians
They support the teaching staff in each faculty, dealing with any matters that may arise in relation to the Library's services and resources. They also support the teaching staff throughout the life cycle of a course, based on the same approach: advising them, searching for sources of information and striving to ensure the quality of resources.

Learning resource management
Some of the learning resources in the UOC's classrooms are custom-made for each course by experts in the relevant field. This team monitors the development process from hiring the authors to editing contents. This ensures that the resources are ready for the start of each semester.
